Night reports

Every morning we describe the night before, from 18:00 to 06:00: in which voivodeships and when SanAlert raised the level, what raised it, when we saw the official RCB and RSO warnings, and whether we were up before them, after them, or not at all. When we did not raise the level, we say so just as plainly.

This is a replay, not a recording of what you saw. We compute the levels again from the recorded sources, with the same model that runs on the website and in the app, so they can differ by a few seconds. SanAlert does not warn: it raises a level. Warnings are issued by RCB and RSO, and they are not the only truth either.

How a report is made

The night

From 18:00 to 06:00 Polish time. We compute the report in the morning, after 07:00, when the night's warnings are in our record.

The level

A voivodeship's level is the highest level of its squares, replayed from the recorded answers of the sources. Gaps shorter than 10 minutes do not end a raised level.

What raised it

Objects tracked by NEPTUN, counted by kind, the shortest distance to a square in the voivodeship and the shortest estimated arrival. Or an alarm in a raion of Ukraine by the border.

Ahead, late, not raised

For each voivodeship under a warning: whether SanAlert already showed at least “Activity”, raised the level within the hour, or not at all. The same rules as on the Track record page.

The documents: api.sanalert.pl/v1/nights. The same for everyone; the request says nothing about you.
